Honey offers 1:1 personal training session which are tailored to each clients needs.

Whether you are looking to gain muscle, lose fat, learn more about advanced training styles or simply start to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle, getting a session in with Honey would be ideal for you.

Honey offers session starting at 30 minutes up to an hour long. Whatever you are looking for, get in contact now to start or continue your fitness journey.

Honey also works along side incredibly knowledgable physio therapists incase any client requires further attention to specific injuries.

Honey is now excited to be offering online training, the following packages can be purchased:

1 - 12-week week guide to becoming a stronger and fitter you.
In the next 12 weeks we will start from the basics and work our way up to lifting heavier and completing bigger tasks.
Commitment is needed, and this is a challenge to overcome.
At least 4 days need to be dedicated to training, this can be done in a gym or at home, but there has to be dumbbells/ barbells at hand to use.

2 -Monthly workouts with weekly check in.
With this package we come to an understanding of what goal it is you want to achieve, whether it be to lose weight, build muscle or become stronger that's exactly what we will work on.
This is a more tailor made approach as we will be keeping an eye on your progress and have constant contact to make sure we are with you every step of the way.

3 - 8-Week mindset to becoming stronger physically and mentally.
This 8 week challenge is designed to help you overcome fears in the gym, to help you wake up and challenge yourself to do something different in every way and to make sure that in 8 weeks you see a change in some way, however big or small it may be!
